I'm a front-end website developer and designer based in the Seattle/Bellevue area currently accepting new clients and/or full-time work offers.
I've been building websites for the past four years for small businesses, non-profits, authors, and artists. I take pride in knowing I play a role in the success of individuals and businesses who venture out and share a little bit of themselves online.
For web development, most of my projects start as website designs rendered in Photoshop. I take that design and translate it into a working web page using XHTML and CSS. I also integrate web pages I build into content management systems or add JavaScript, slideshows, Flash movies, and basic PHP scripts. I've worked with various blogging platforms (such as Blogger and Wordpress), and content management systems (including Expression Engine and Joomla). When a website leaves production I ensure that it is a valid, standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible, clean work of code.
In the area of design, I have background in fine art and drawing, have advanced skills in Photoshop, and also work with Illustrator and Flash. Past projects for clients include flash slideshows, animations, and marketing collateral materials (business cards, postcards, and bookmarks).
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is that I'm always learning new techniques and technologies as the web changes and grows. I enjoy what I do, and I look forward to bringing my skills and creativity to the right company.

Family Guy
I'm a husband to a great wife and a father of three wonderful kids (one's a dog). When time permits I may pick up a pencil and draw or a guitar and play, but usually free time is spent with my family, playing games or riding bikes. Life is good.
